David Chon has handled hundreds of contested matters over trustee removal, accountings and related surcharge actions for both individual and corporate trustees. He has also handled hundreds of contested matters concerning disputed estate plans and deeds relating to the capacity or undue influence of vulnerable adults. He has been selected to the California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, an honor given to only the top 2.5% of estate litigation lawyers in Southern California under forty (40) years old.
Prior to practicing law, David worked as a consultant and advocate at a prestigious non-profit civil rights litigation firm specializing in providing access to individuals with disabilities. David uses his experience in disability and elder law to represent clients initiating conservatorship and guardianship proceedings.
